I’m lucky enough to find myself in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains in the Alps this weekend for a road cycling break. It’s the first trip away that I’ve done on the bike since America, and the mountainous terrain is proving to be a good challenge for the group.
Today we cycled to Chamonix and back, but initially made the mistake of relying on Google Maps, which tried to take us over a mountain via a hiking trail. Fingers crossed tomorrow’s ride goes smoother!
